Hey guys, I finally had some time to process the thousands of images from my recent One Of A Kind(OOAK) trip into the Canadian Rockies. Although I didn't process all of them, I now have enough write a few blog posts which I will publish over the coming days and weeks.

Blue Hour At The Corner Bar
Approximately once every 5 years, I do manage to get up early enough to shoot a sunrise... ;) the reason for my struggle is pretty obvious for most people :)

How to use the "black-card technique" to improve your long exposure landscape images
Hi guys, I had a lot of people asking me about the black-card technique recently, so I decided to make a short how-to video about it using the amazing Wyadup beach as a backdrop.
It's my first ever video so please excuse the crappy sound quality :)

Cowaramup Bay - North Point
The rocky "North Point" of Cowaramup Bay is a great place for photographers. There's lots of break, swirls, amazing rock formations and patterns on the rocks and not to mention a stunning piece of coastline to the north and south...

The Lady
This Weekend was pretty crappy... lots of rain and storms - but unfortunately not the photogenic kind, so I didn't get a chance to go out and take many pictures... I felt terrible and so Monday after work, I took a quick shower, grabbed my gear and headed West toward the Sea...

Wyadup Rocks and Injidup Beach
Wyadup beach truly is a gem! And it is fairly hidden away so you don't need to fear too big crowds ...

Leeuwin Lighthouse Sunset And The Galaxy
What a stunning night! I just got home from one E.P.I.C. photographic outing with my mate Mark from Perth. We first met up to shoot the sunset at Cape Leeuwin Lighthouse in Augusta and got some sweet-as silky smooth water shots, then we took a little break for a few hours (watched the A-Team movie - oh yeah!) and then headed back out in the middle of the night to capture the amazing southern night sky in it's full glory!

Despite multiple visits to this quiet place, I always get inspired and amazed by the sight of these trees in the middle of the Margaret River.

Cascades on the Margaret River
With all the trouble my computer and the hard drives are giving me a the moment, I find it hard to dedicate time to go out and shoot. Just yesterday, while running a backup, my PC crashed repeatedly, until I found out that it was the backup software, of all things, that caused the issues...

Freo Harbor
Well, well, well! I wasn't actually planning to photograph Fremantle last night...
But we finished the Fremantle Power Station Earlier than expected, so I used the extra time to explore the local turf and take a few shots.

Feature in the Australian Traveller Magazine!
I am very proud and pleased to announce that the Australian Traveler magazine has chosen to publish my photograph "Memories of Perth" in their previous edition (Issue 056) and they even dedicated a double page to my shot! I'm absolutely blown away and very grateful for this reward! Today my issue arrived in the mail and it's a strange (but very awesome!) feeling to see your own shot featured in a magazine!
If you're interested, head over to http://www.australiantraveller.com/perth/your-shot-winner-memories-of-perth/ to take a look!
Many thanks to the Australian Traveller Magazine for their excellent choice (hehe!) and thanks to everyone who has been and still is supporting me and my photography! I love you all!

Far, far away on a Mountain called "Dale"
Don't you just love spontaneous road-trips? I do. And I particularly love Perth, because - despite what a lot of people say about Perth being a smallish and boring City -there's loads of stuff to see and do, if you do your homework and search a little bit online! There are plenty of interesting, and mostly less traveled places within 60-90 minutes from the CBD.

The Swan Bell Tower, Perth WA
Okay, this post isn't exactly 100% exclusively about the Bell Tower, there's also a few bits and pieces from city-side Perth. But you guys get the idea, right?!
If you've never been to the Bell Tower, you should definitely put it on your Perth-Bucket-List!
It offers great view of the City, Kings Park and the Swan River! Although some, including me, might find the entry fee of $14 a little steep...
